Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Dispatched within 2 business days of order placement.
  • Customised Orders: Carefully processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched from our Lucknow workshop, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Pan-India (Except East India): 7-8 business days
  • East India: 10-11 business days

Custom Stitching Orders

Chikankari pieces requiring custom stitching and tailor finishing undergo a detailed crafting process.

  • Turnaround Time: The entire process, including tailoring, quality checks, and final packaging, takes roughly 15-18 business days before dispatch.

Urgent & Special Courier Requests

  • Urgent Orders: Express shipping options are available upon request for an additional charge based on destination and required delivery timeframe.
  • Preferred Logistics Partners: If you request dispatch via a specific shipping company of your choice, additional courier charges will apply as per actual quote and invoice rate.
